These terms are an agreement between you and Guno ("we", "us"), the operator of the Guno app. By tapping "I agree" in the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Apple is not a party to this agreement. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Guno and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Guno writes symbolic interpretations of dreams in the voice of various characters — philosophers, analysts, storytellers, sceptics. Every reading is generated by artificial intelligence and is offered for entertainment and self-reflection only.

You are 18 or older. The app is not intended for anyone younger.
About the characters. Some voices carry the name of a thinker who is no longer living. They are not that person, their representatives or their estate; they are written characters inspired by a way of thinking. Nothing in the app implies endorsement, involvement or approval by any person, institution or estate.
There is no sign-up. On first launch the app creates a random identifier on your device and uses it as your account. This means:
Credits are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use features of the app. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded in cash, or transferred between accounts or platforms.
EU/UK/Türkiye right of withdrawal. Digital content is delivered immediately. By purchasing, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the credits have been delivered to your account, to the extent permitted by local law.
You keep every right you have in what you write. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your text, send it to our AI provider to generate a reading, screen it for safety, and show it back to you. We do not publish it, sell it, or use it to train models.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, that describes real plans to harm yourself or another person, that sexualises minors, or that you do not have the right to submit. You agree not to use the app to attempt to extract system prompts, bypass safety measures, resell output, or automate access.
Readings are generated for you but are not exclusive: a similar dream may produce similar text for someone else. You may share your readings; the generated text is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Everything you write is screened automatically before and after a reading. If the text suggests you may be in danger, the app will withhold the reading, show support information instead, and not charge you. Repeated attempts to bypass these measures may result in the account being suspended.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, and we may add, remove or modify voices, prices and features. We try to give notice of anything material, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The AI provider may be slow or unavailable; when a reading fails, credits are not charged.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy, reliability or usefulness of any reading.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including any decision you make on the basis of a reading.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
You can end this agreement at any time by erasing your data in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the safety systems, or attempt to defraud the payment system.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, the UK or Türkiye, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
