Guno writes symbolic interpretations of your dreams in the voice of a chosen persona. It is entertainment and self-reflection: nothing it says is medical, psychological, legal, financial or religious advice.
How do credits work? Every reading costs credits, shown on the voice's card before you spend anything. Chatting with a voice is unlocked once per reading and then allows up to 20 messages.
A purchase did not arrive. Open You → Restore purchases. Apple sometimes confirms a payment after the app has moved on; restoring re-checks with Apple and credits the account. If it still does not appear, write to yusufali.cezik@hotmail.com with the date and the amount — not your card details, which we never see.
Refunds. All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund ourselves, and we cannot see your payment method.
Is there a subscription? No. Guno sells one-time credit packs only, so there is nothing to cancel and the credits you buy do not expire.
There is no account. No name, email, phone number or date of birth is ever asked for. Your journal is tied to a random identifier created on your device.
Changing phones. The identifier lives in the iCloud Keychain, so restoring a backup onto a new iPhone usually brings the journal and the credits with it. Deleting the app without deleting your data keeps everything: reinstalling on the same phone resumes the same journal.
Download everything we hold. You → Privacy and data → Download a copy of my data. It is a single JSON file with every dream, reading, conversation and transaction.
Delete everything. You → Privacy and data → Delete my data. It is immediate and permanent: dreams, readings, chats, credits and purchase records are removed from the server. We cannot restore them afterwards.
A reading did not appear, or the screen said the service was busy. Nothing was charged — credits are only spent on a reading that arrives. Try again in a few minutes.
Voice input is not working. Guno needs microphone and speech recognition permission: iPhone Settings → Guno. Transcription happens through Apple's speech recognition; you can always type instead.
Which languages? English, Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese. Readings come back in the language you wrote the dream in, whatever the app's language is.
Why did a dream get a support message instead of a reading? If what you write suggests you may be in danger, Guno stops being a character and shows support information instead. No credits are spent when that happens.
